Jennifer Halligan

Senior Project Manager

Jennifer has over 30 years of experience working with clients locally and globally on their facility projects. She has managed the vendor selection, planning, design, construction, and relocation of millions of square feet of corporate offices, research laboratories, clean rooms, and manufacturing facilities. 

A registered architect, Jennifer has the expertise required to execute solutions and creatively solve problems that will deliver inspiring, productive, enduring, and cost-effective work environments. With the unique experience of project management from three different vantage points — owner’s construction project manager, general contractor project manager, and project architect — she manages to her customer’s critical needs and priorities regarding function, budget, and schedule. 

Jennifer was raised in Minneapolis, MN and Richmond, VA and attended college in Denver, CO where she earned her Master of Architecture. In her spare time, she enjoys golfing, has fun biking year-round, and loves time on and in the lake.

Becky Sonmore

Senior Project Manager

With over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate development, design, and delivery, Becky has honed a wide array of skills. Her project experience includes corporate, med-tech, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, production, and industrial sectors. An architecture degree from the University of Minnesota laid the foundation for her diverse and accomplished professional journey.

Becky’s approach to project management is characterized by effective communications, exceptional organization, clear scope/budget definition, concise goal/objective setting, thorough risk analysis and a commitment to accountability while promoting a cohesive team environment.  Becky's optimistic mindset drives her passion for collaborating with clients and project partners to define and meet project goals.

In her free time, Becky finds the greatest joy in the company of family and friends, while also valuing the serene moments of solitude. She enjoys long walks, spirited games of ping pong, the mental challenge of Jeopardy!, and the atmosphere of live rock concerts.

Michael Tobin

Principal

Mike has years of experience in real estate development and corporate tenant representation working with clients locally and globally on their real estate needs. He has significant experience with sustainable design, construction, and leasing practices and even helped to write the USGBC’s LEED guidelines earlier in his career. He brings his passion and expertise to help clients and investors find creative ways to maximize value add opportunities and deliver exceptional projects.

Mike was raised in Plymouth, MN and is raising his own family in the Minnetonka, MN area. He holds a degree in civil engineering from the University of Notre Dame as well as an MBA from the Carlson School of Management. In his free time, you can find him spending time with his family fishing, skiing, hunting, coaching and playing soccer, or generally chasing his kids around.
