Facing rapid expansion in both their market and company, Vireo hired 45 North Group as a partner to manage construction projects for cultivation, processing, and administrative facilities at locations nationwide.

45 North Group coordinated construction activities for ground-up and existing facility renovations, some of which featured “state-of-the art hydroponic cultivation platforms and best-in-class extraction and formulation systems.” (www.vireohealth.com)

Meeting their industry’s rules and regulations from a national to jurisdictional level required determining the appropriate vendor partnerships – one of the most crucial steps to execute successful projects. In partnership with Vireo’s internal team, 45 North Group worked to develop standardizations, refine processes, and execute projects tactically.
